Hey! Here’s what’s happening in the Enterprise Nation community this week
From AI productivity to award-winning food brands, we've got some great community events happening this week. Join Charlotte Boundy's Claude Hands-on Lab, hear from Borough 22 founder Ryan Panchoo, and connect with fellow founders at local meet-ups from Scotland to Surrey.
What the community are saying 🗣️
As Oxford Street goes traffic-free, retail expert Catherine Erdly asks whether the future of the high street is pedestrian-first. One member wants to know what it really takes to start selling on Instagram and, with the Budget looming, we're asking: how is Q4 shaping up for your business?
💬 “..It's interesting to see what impact this will have. It does get really crowded at peak times (on Oxford Street) so hopefully this will help. Do you prefer to shop in pedestrianised areas?” Catherine
💬 “Is there any Enterprise Nation hive mind knowledge about the hoops you need to jump through with Meta to enable selling / directly linking to your products for sale from Instagram?...” Vicki
💬 We’re a few weeks into the final quarter of the year, so we’d love to take a quick temperature check on how Q4 is feeling for you...” Enterprise Nation
Member spotlight: Tom Helm 🏆
🎉 Announcing our Next Generation Grant winner: Tom Helm, founder of KESWICK3!
We’re delighted to announce that Tom Helm is the latest recipient of our Next Generation Grant, supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into thriving businesses.
A recent Industrial Design graduate from Loughborough University, Tom founded KESWICK3 to design and manufacture high-quality, thoughtfully designed accessories for classic Land Rover Series vehicles.
The idea was born from a 14-month, nut-and-bolt restoration of his own Land Rover Series III, which highlighted a gap in the market for well-designed products for these iconic vehicles. Now, Tom is turning that passion into a business, with plans to build a range of accessories under the distinctive KESWICK3 brand.
The grant will help Tom bring his first product to life, with UK manufacturing and a launch planned for this winter, alongside valuable mentoring to support him on his entrepreneurial journey.
💬 “Winning the Next Generation Grant means I can get KESWICK3's first product made properly here in the UK and launched this winter. Just as valuable is the mentoring, as this is my first business and having an experienced entrepreneur in my corner will help me turn this passion project into a business!”
