Good afternoon {{crm___first_name}}

Running a business from a physical premises has never been straightforward, and the last few years have made it harder. Footfall patterns have shifted, costs have risen, and the support available often feels like it was designed for someone else.

It wasn't. There's a solid set of government-backed programmes aimed directly at high street and local businesses, and most owners we speak to haven't come across half of them. This edition, produced with the Department for Business and Trade, brings the most useful ones together in one place.

The rates changes alone are worth ten minutes of your time. The rest is a straightforward guide to what's available and how to get to it.

Pick what fits and use it. Start with our latest guide: High street support - where to start.
